Our Location
Leeper & Leeper is located at 2532 Fifth Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida. We are directly across the street from St. Petersburg High School, a state historic landmark.
Total renovations to our office were completed in 2008 with the interior being designed by award winning designer, Adam Roland.
From southbound I-275: : Take Exit 23B: 5th Avenue North. Turn right at the light at the foot of the exit ONTO 5th Avenue North. Our office is approximately 4/10s of a mile on the left. You will have to drive past our office and make a U-turn back to our entrance, (as there is no left turn into our office)
From northbound I-275: Take Exit 20: 31st Street South. Turn left at the foot of the exit ramp onto 31st Street South. Continue until you reach 5th Avenue North, (NOTE: do not turn at 5th Avenue South.) Our office is approximately 4/10s of a mile on the right.
From US 19: : Turn East onto 5th Avenue North and continue approximately 7/10s of a mile. Our office is on the right.
